Leadership Counselling
One 50-minute counselling allocation is generated for each active month. Use it monthly, or combine up to three allocations from the same membership quarter for one 150-minute working session. Unused allocations expire at quarter end.
Weekly correction
A practical rhythm for identifying drift, naming the cause, choosing the lever, and returning to meaningful execution.
