In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” means Center for Motivation Research, an Australian incorporated non-profit organisation, ABN 84 109 838 718.
By using our website, taking the Execution Scorecard, registering for the Decade Year Masterclass, joining AQMeets Lite, starting a Pro trial, purchasing a Pro or Leader membership, accessing the member portal, participating in live sessions, submitting information to us, subscribing to updates, purchasing or receiving digital access, or otherwise using our services, you consent to our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any applicable terms.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for purposes connected with operating AQMeets, the AQMeets membership program and our related services.

6. Payment, subscription and billing information
Payments for AQMeets memberships, Lite, Pro, Leader, trials that convert to paid memberships, digital products, recordings, replays, resources or related services may be processed by third-party payment providers.
AQMeets memberships may be billed monthly or annually and may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date, depending on the offer and checkout terms that apply at the time of purchase.
We do not intentionally store complete credit card numbers on our own website servers. Payment information is generally collected and processed by third-party payment processors.
We may receive and store limited transaction and subscription information, such as your name, billing details, transaction ID, product or service purchased, membership plan, trial status, renewal status, cancellation status, failed payment status, refund status, chargeback information, purchase date and contact details.
Payment processors may collect, store and process your payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
If your payment fails, your membership renews, your trial converts, your subscription is cancelled, or your plan changes, we may receive and use related information to administer your membership, provide notices, update access, respond to support requests and maintain accurate records.
7. Membership access, portal activity and execution data
AQMeets is a membership program. Depending on your plan and access level, you may receive access to a member portal, onboarding materials, digital resources, community features, live sessions, replays where available, scorecards, workbooks, weekly review tools, monthly practice tools, quarterly planning tools, annual planning tools and related implementation materials.
Membership access and inclusions may differ between Lite, Pro and Leader, and may also differ depending on whether you are in a trial, paid plan, promotional access period, annual plan, monthly plan, cancelled plan, expired plan or archived access state.
We may collect and use member activity information to operate your membership. This may include login information, portal activity, pages viewed, resources accessed, forms submitted, tasks completed, messages sent, live sessions attended, replays viewed, downloads accessed, scorecard results, Weekly Wrap responses, Monthly Mastery responses, Quarterly Quest responses, Annual Aims responses, Daily Directive responses and support interactions.
We may use this information to provide access, maintain your membership status, deliver plan-specific materials, support onboarding, provide reminders, administer peer or group features, respond to enquiries, understand progress, improve the membership experience, verify plan entitlements, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified data to understand member progress, execution patterns, participation trends, service effectiveness, product improvement opportunities and research-related themes connected with motivation and execution. Aggregated or de-identified information is not intended to identify you personally.
8. Community, circles, peer accountability and live participation
AQMeets may include member community features, peer accountability features, small groups, circles, pairs, forums, live sessions, group chats, discussion spaces, onboarding calls, member calls, or other participation features.
If you participate in community or peer features, some personal information may be visible to other members or participants, depending on the platform, plan, access level, settings and feature used. This may include your name, profile details, comments, messages, questions, submissions, attendance, role, organisation, or other information you choose to share.
We may structure the member environment so that members see only the spaces, circles, partners, resources, groups, messages or access areas assigned to them. However, you should not assume that information shared in a community, chat, group, live session, circle, pair or portal feature is completely private.
You should not share personal, sensitive, confidential, commercially sensitive, client, employee, financial, legal, trade secret, or third-party information in group settings, chat messages, live questions, comments, portal spaces, circles, pairs or public participation features unless you are comfortable with that information being seen, heard, stored or processed in that setting.
We may moderate, remove, restrict, hide, preserve or review member submissions, messages, comments, questions, chat messages or community activity where reasonably necessary to administer the membership, enforce terms, protect members, protect rights, maintain safety, manage disputes, or comply with law.
9. Sensitive information and reflection responses
AQMeets may touch on leadership, execution, ambition, responsibility, business pressure, staff, cash flow, offers, partnerships, discipline, motivation, meaning, habits, drift, planning, personal capacity, weekly proof, decision-making, professional life, and the gap between stated aims and actual execution. You may choose to provide information that could be sensitive.
Sensitive information may include information about health, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, membership of associations, or other sensitive matters.
Please do not provide sensitive information unless it is necessary for your enquiry, registration, membership participation, support request, reflection response, event contribution or communication.
If you choose to provide sensitive information to us, including through forms, scorecard responses, reflection responses, Weekly Wraps, Monthly Masteries, Quarterly Quests, Annual Aims work, Daily Directives, event questions, chat messages, support requests or other communications, you consent to us collecting, using, storing and disclosing that information for the purpose for which you provided it, and for related purposes reasonably necessary to provide services, respond to you, administer access, comply with law, protect rights, or manage our relationship with you.
We do not seek to collect sensitive information unnecessarily. AQMeets is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, therapeutic, legal, financial, crisis or emergency service.
10. Live sessions, recordings and replays
AQMeets may include live online sessions, Weekly Wraps, Monthly Masteries, Quarterly Quests, Annual Aims sessions, onboarding sessions, workshops, webinars, meetings, streamed sessions, recordings, replays, group discussions, chat features, questions, comments, surveys or other interactive elements.
If you register for or participate in a live session or event, we may collect information such as your registration details, attendance details, event access details, chat messages, submitted questions, comments, technical participation data, livestream access information, replay access information and follow-up engagement information.
We may record live online sessions. If you choose to appear on camera, speak, ask a question, post in chat, submit comments, participate in discussion, or otherwise contribute, your name, image, voice, comments, questions or other participation may be captured in a recording or replay.
Where practical, we may provide ways to participate without appearing on camera or being publicly identified.
Replay access, recordings and post-session materials may not always be available. Where replays are available, access may be subject to membership status, plan level, purchase status, access period, platform availability, technical limitations and any applicable terms.
You should not record, screenshot, publish, redistribute, livestream, transmit or share AQMeets live sessions, replays, member materials, portal materials, community discussions, private messages or member communications without our prior written permission.
11. Cookies, analytics and embedded services
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, log files and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, improve user experience, protect website security, measure traffic, understand audience behaviour, support embedded video, process forms, operate registration, checkout and membership access, and assess campaign performance.
Cookies are small files placed on your device that allow a website or service provider to recognise your browser or device.
We may use cookies and similar technologies for:
- website functionality;
- scorecard, registration, checkout and access functionality;
- membership, portal and onboarding functionality;

We may still send you non-marketing communications where reasonably necessary, including scorecard results, registration confirmations, membership confirmations, renewal notices, trial notices, cancellation notices, payment notices, course reminders, access instructions, calendar details, purchase confirmations, replay notices, portal notices, technical notices, support replies, legal notices, security alerts, service updates and administrative messages.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

You should not share your login details, access links, private portal pages, member resources, replay links, scorecard results, community screenshots, or private member communications with another person unless we have expressly authorised that sharing.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, administering registrations and memberships, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, handling refunds or chargebacks, administering cancellations, and protecting our rights.

Membership records, portal records, scorecard records, diagnostic responses, event recordings, replays, attendance records, livestream access records, chat records, submitted questions, reflection responses, Weekly Wrap responses, Monthly Mastery responses, Quarterly Quest responses, Annual Aims responses, Daily Directive responses, support records, registration records, purchase records, subscription records, cancellation records and access records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a shorter retention period is stated or required by law.
When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it.
17. Notifiable data breaches

19. Withdrawal of consent and marketing opt-out
Where we rely on consent to handle personal information, you may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal, contractual and technical limitations.
Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide some services to you, including scorecard results, registration, membership access, trial access, portal access, live session access, replay access, digital materials, peer accountability features, support, or communications connected with AQMeets.

Opting out of marketing communications does not automatically cancel your membership, subscription, trial, renewal, account, event registration or access to paid services. Membership cancellations must be completed through the cancellation method made available to you or by contacting support where applicable.
20. Children and minors
Our website and services are generally intended for adults.
We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or register for services.
If a person under 18 uses our website or services, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising that use and ensuring the minor’s use is appropriate.
